ON TOM SCHUECK’S PASSING

“Tom Schueck was an effective chairman of the Arkansas Highway Commission who was supportive of the staff and employees of the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department around the state. He was committed to improving the safety, condition and efficiency of the state’s highway system.
