GOV HUTCHINSON SAYS ROADS KEY 2019 ISSUE

Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson addressed 150 Arkansas Good Roads Foundation members and interested friends at a meeting in Little Rock on November 13th. The governor talked about the upcoming legislative agenda and the central role that roads and bridges will play in the session. Lawmakers and the governor are considering options ranging from the general assembly finding needed funding or sending a funding package to the people of Arkansas to decide. Good Roads is expected to paly a key role in creating the  digital messaging platforms needed to educate stakeholders about funding needed for roads and bridges,
