GOOD ROADS GIVES SCHOLARSHIPS TO ENGINEERING STUDENTS

Melissa Boyd of Tulsa and Kevin Weston of Benton, Arkansas have been awarded $5,000 scholarships by the Arkansas Good Roads Foundation.
